So, today is Sunday. Friday I received Unit #7 of my TomTom GPS’s, which I found does not work – in a new not-working manner. I called tech. support who was not able to resolve this so I requested a contact from their ‘corporate’ support team. This is code for people that are basically unavailable. I am expecting/hoping for a callback tomorrow.
And then this morning I receive this email – which I have received MANY of since we started on this debacle in December.
