It’s Thursday. This unit #7 worked yesterday. Today I have NOT CONNECTED status and Live Services (Live to someone I guess) are not available. On the phone with Tech Support. Wonder if I should have created a separate Blog for TomTom woes?
I’ve told this guy at least twice that I cannot get an internet connection with this device. So what does he try? – creates a new account for me and asks me to try logging in with it. Well – how about this – I CANNOT GET TO THE LOGIN SCREEN – do I need to tell you a couple more times?
Too late for ‘corporate’ support and the supervisor had no other suggestions.
